Arcadian brings open-fire cooking to Greater Manchester at former Hispi site
Award-winning chef, Andrew Sheridan, and Open Restaurant Group officially opened Arcadian in School Lane, Didsbury, last Friday, marking the group’s first restaurant in Greater Manchester and its eighth site across the UK.
Located at the former Hispi site on School Lane, Arcadian introduces a fire-led dining concept built around a bespoke open-fire grill, with wood, charcoal and flame underpinning the restaurant’s cooking. The 74-cover restaurant also includes a private dining room for up to 12 guests.
