Six-figure funding awarded to support independent estate agency expansion
Liverpool-based funder, River Capital, has provided a six-figure loan to Marshallets, trading as Marshall Property, to fund the opening of its new branch on Liverpool Road, Crosby.
The investment, made through the North West Business Growth Loan Fund, has enabled the independent estate agency to replicate its successful model in one of Liverpool’s most active residential property markets.
