Door manufacturer sold to Swedish industrial group Teqnion
A Radcliffe door manufacturer has been acquired by Swedish industrial group Teqnion in the eleventh deal brokered by KBS Corporate with the buyer in just over three years.
Unique Door Panels, which designs and manufactures composite and solid doors and distributes uPVC door infill panels, was founded in 2004 and serves customers across the North West of England.
The company has more than 100 active and repeat clients and employs over 20 people.
