Open Restaurant Group acquires Wreck Bistro in second Gary Usher deal
Open Restaurant Group has bought Liverpool's Wreck Bistro from Gary Usher, marking its second acquisition from the Elite Bistros founder.
The independent operator acquired Hispi in Didsbury from Usher earlier this year.
Wreck will serve its final service on 4 October before closing temporarily for a changeover period. The entire existing team will be retained with no job losses.
