Kidult commerce retailer Zavvi Group on the brink just three years after buyout from THG
Online pop culture retailer Zavvi Group filed a notice of intention to appoint administrators on Friday, giving the directors breathing space in crunch talks with creditors this week.
The Winsford-based ecommerce retailer specialises in pop culture items such as Avengers, Harry Potter and Pokemon figures to "vibrant fan communities".
Someone familiar with the current situation told TheBusinessDesk.com that the priorities of the directors are "protecting the business and its stakeholders and securing the best possible outcome."
