Property management acquisition strengthens BTG Consulting’s strategic shift
BTG has reinforced its shift towards real estate advisory with the acquisition of Milton Keynes-based property and asset management business Hornbeam CPAM for up to £4m.
The deal adds 13 staff and expands BTG's property management activities while strengthening its position with institutional property investors and fund managers.
