Vita Group takes total ownership of Circle Square resi scheme after GM Pension Fund deal
The Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF) has completed the sale of its 50% interest in the residential developments in Circle Square, Manchester's flagship build-to-rent address, to joint venture partner Vita Group. GMPF was advised by CBRE.
