Accountancy group Ascendis eyes £6m revenues following Altrincham acquisition
Ascendis Group has acquired Altrincham-based E M Accountancy as it targets group fee income of £6m within three years.
The Wilmslow-headquartered accounting and business advisory group is on track to increase revenues to £4m from £3m this financial year.
Founded in 2017 by Paul Emmerson and Jayne Mullock, E M Accountancy has a team of four and a national SME client base, with a particular specialism in providing services to opticians' practices.
