BGF exits Voicescape to Elevare after tripling revenues
Growth capital investor BGF has sold social housing software provider Voicescape to Elevare Software Group after tripling its annual recurring revenues in three years.
BGF, which backed the business in 2023, has reinvested alongside Elevare to support further growth.
Salford-Quays based Voicescape uses behavioural science, data analytics and automation to help landlords engage residents, identify vulnerable households, improve rent collection and evidence compliance.
