Property investor rebrands with £50m to deploy in North
A property investment business has launched under a new identity with £50m available for acquisitions across the North.
Pennine Investment Management is the new name for Glenbrook Private Clients, which has been operating since 2015 and has completed around 75 transactions.
The business will continue to target value-add industrial and retail park opportunities, typically between £3m and £15m.
