Open Restaurant Group prepares to open Manchester city centre site next month
Counter Manchester, the latest restaurant from Open Restaurant Group, will become its first opening in Manchester city centre when it opens its doors on Monday, November 9.
Led by acclaimed chef Andrew Sheridan, Counter will be located in Manchester’s Island Building on John Dalton Street, with 60 covers.
The opening marks Open Restaurant Group’s ninth restaurant to date and its second site in Greater Manchester, following the launch of Arcadian in Didsbury last month.
