Knights CEO on culture, deals and his ‘unfinished business’ in Birmingham
David Beech has some unfinished business in Birmingham.
He arrived in the city as a corporate lawyer 26 years ago, and left four years later, just as he was getting going. Now, 15 years into running listed legal and professional services group Knights, he wants to make the firm a major player there.
Looking back on leaving the city, he says: “I left that project way too premature. So now, we’ve got this opportunity. I feel like we are going to revisit that project and finish it off.”
