Daisy integrates latest deals

BUSINESS telecoms specialist Daisy Group said that its most recent batch of acquisitions had now been successfully integrated and that trading for the six months to September 30 was in line with expectations.
The Nelson-based company acquired the assets of Telinet and Ipitomi in a £15.4m deal in April from London-based Niu Solutions Holdings, and the Vodafone mobile services business from Manchester-based Outsourcery on March 31.
The company said that both of these have now been integrated into its group retail division. In June, the company announced that turnover had double to £266.3m, although it declared a pre-tax loss of £19.7m
It also announced plans to take on 100 new staff after gaining approval to extend its operations to an adjacent premises on the Lomeshaye Industrial Estate.
