Bite Digital expands into London
MANCHESTER-based web design and search engine optimisation firm Bite Digital is to open a London office.
The company has secured a £150,000 loan from The Royal Bank of Scotland through the Enterprise Finance Guarantee scheme to help fund the expansion.
Jason Cozens, joint managing director, is going to head up the London operation and has recruited internet specialist Marek Duchonowski to help set-up a base in the capital. Once fully established the new office will employ four people.
Declan Cosgrove, joint managing director at Bite Digital, said: “Establishing a London base is a key part of our plans to grow the business in the forthcoming years. We have seen an increase in work from Southern-based clients and it is important to have a presence there to meet their needs. Having successfully established Bite in the North we are confident this can be replicated in London.”
The company, which was set-up in 2006, also has a development office in Bucharest. Its clients include Manchester Law Society, Berrymans Lace Mawer, Contour Housing, Joe Bloggs Clothing and Only Exclusive Travel.
