DTZ advises on Cantt Pak’s latest Birchwood deals
PROPERTY developer and investor Cantt Pak has bought the freehold in Washington House and Allday House in Birchwood, Warrington.
The Jersey-registered company was advised on the purchase by asset manager Pin Property Consultancy , while DTZ handled the transactions.
Washington House and Allday House contain a total of 105,000 sq ft of office space and 500 car parking spaces on a seven-acre site.
The 50,000 sq ft Washington House building is currently let to a single occupier – enginerring consultancy URS.
Allday House is currently vacant and will go through a multi-million pound refurbishment to create a new Grade ‘A’ office block with floorplates of over 25,000 sq ft.
Imran Younus, marketing director for Pin, said: “Following our experience at Rutherford House we were delighted to secure these buildings for Cantt Pak. We will soon be in a position to announce further details of the refurbishment programme that will totally transform Allday House.
“We have already had interest from potential occupiers who see the benefits of this building and its strategic location against recent new buildings.”
