MCR to rebrand as Duff & Phelps

INSOLVENCY practitioner MCR, which has offices in Manchester, Birmingham and London, is to rebrand as Duff & Phelps following its sale to the US advisory firm announced in October.

The firm’s partner, Paul Clark, announced the name change last week, which will take place from January 1.

“We selected Duff & Phelps because we are like-minded organisations. Like MCR, Duff & Phelps approaches client engagements as independent and commercially minded technical experts, problem solvers and trusted advisors who are not afraid to tell their clients what they need to know to achieve business success,” said Clark.

“We remain fully committed and focused upon our core mid market, which will continue to be the primary focus of our future growth.”
