Peninsula buys in Ireland

MANCHESTER-based employment law consultancy Peninsula Business Services has bought the employment law arm of Dublin-based human resources consultancy Graphite HRM.

The division was set up by Graphite HRM in 1993 and has five staff who provide employment law advice, policy handbooks and compliance audit services to the firm’s 600-strong client base.

Peninsula Business Services already has a presence in the Irish market, where it employs 65 people in Dublin and Belfast serving more than 2,500 customers.
