Pennant relocates to Northenden

PENNANT Information Services has relocated f5rom Styal to Northenden, taking 4,310 sq ft of space at Parkway House.

Part of the Pennant Group, the firm offers design, multimedia and technical services including: e-learning, computer-based training, graphic design and documentation.

Around 40 staff will move to the new building, which is owned by Orbit Developments.

Tom Daniels, Pennant’s operations manager, said: “We wanted to relocate our Manchester operation to a more convenient location and Parkway House ticked all of the boxes for us due to its close proximity to the motorway network, Manchester Airport and the City Centre.”

Zoë Kirk, regional office manager at Orbit Developments, said: “We are delighted to welcome Pennant to the Orbit portfolio. Parkway House is ideal for Pennant’s business commuting between regional offices and its strategic position was one of the main reasons they selected the building.”
