Kuits advises on lease for new AWD London HQ

MANCHESTER law firm Kuits Solicitors has advised on the lease for the new UK head office of AWD Chase de Vere.

The financial advisory firm has secured a 10 year lease for the offices on New Broad Street, near Liverpool Street Station in London. 

Martin Davies, commercial property partner at Kuits led on the deal.

He said: “Through negotiating in conjunction with our client’s agents we were able to ensure favourable terms were reached. 

“We are seeing a trend of many businesses either looking for new facilities upon lease renewal or re-negotiating on existing terms to take advantage of attractive offerings from landlords.”
