Directors buy shares in Enegi placing

MANCHESTER-based oil & gas firm Enegi has raised £429,000 from investors – including company directors – through the placing of 3.3m new shares at a price of 13p each.
The company’s chairman and CEO, Alan Minty, bought 400,000 of the shares, taking his total stake in the business to 14.47%, while non-executive director Alex Lamb also bought 400,000 through his company BEL Group Investments.
The company said that it will use the money raised for working capital.
