Dow Schofield Watts opens in Yorkshire

CORPORATE finance boutique Dow Schofield Watts has opened an office in Yorkshire.

The Daresbury-based firm has appointed former Deloitte dealmaker Roger Esler to run the office based at Thorpe Park in Leeds, which will cover Yorkshire and the North East.

Established in 2002, Dow Schofield Watts provides advice to growing businesses in both the public and private markets. Services offered include capital raising, refinancing, acquisitions, disposals and buy-outs. Mr Esler is aiming to recruit a number of staff to the office.

He said: “The senior professionals of Dow Schofield Watts have in excess of 120 years of combined corporate finance experience in a wide variety of industries and have advised on transactions ranging in value from below £1m to in excess of £300m.
