Holiday parks portfolio sold
HOLIDAY parks operator Mobile Living has sold a portfolio of four caravan parks in Chester and North Wales off an asking price of £8.5m.
The portfolio was built over 40 years by members of the Thatcher and Collins families, who were advised on the sale to an existing parks operator by Chester-based chartered surveyors Charles F Jones & Son.
The portfolio of 360 residential pitches include the 158-unit Willow Park on the outskirts of the village of Hawarden, the 110-unit Orchard Park in at EltNorth Cheshire, 36-unit Willow Brook on the Cheshire-Wales border and the 58-pitch Bryn Gynog in Conwy.
