Braemar Estates appointed on The Hive in Birmingham

HALE-based property manager Braemar Estates has been appointed as property management agent for the newly completed Block M at Masshouse Plaza, known as The Hive.

The 14-storey building contains 167 residential units from studios to two bedrooms and forms the latest Phase of the Masshouse master plan development by Manchester-based property developer Nikal Ltd.

Ian Eaton, senior property manager at Braemar Estates, said: “We are very pleased with this latest appointment which follows on from our original instruction on Blocks H&I and completes the island phase of the Masshouse master plan.

“The standard of design and construction finishes is a credit to the area development initiative created by Birmingham City Council and taken through to development by Manchester-based Nikal Ltd.”

Chris O’Reilly, onsite building manager for Braemar Estates, said: “The location of the scheme is very popular with young residents just a few hundred yards from the Bullring and the city centre and next door to Aston University’s main campus. The Masshouse scheme will also benefit from the new Hotel, La Tour, which is under construction next door and the City Park which is now being landscaped immediately to the south.”

Braemar Estates is also managing agent for the Beetham Tower at 10 Holloway Circus in Birmingham.
