Property round up: Wind turbine firm breezes in & more

WIND turbine maintenance company Windtechnics has taken a five-year lease on a 7,500 sq ft unit at Adlington Court, Birchwood Warrington.

The industrial team at CBRE North West completed the letting acting on behalf of AXA Real Estate.

Windtechnics joins existing tenants including Warrington Borough Council, Datalink Transportation Services and civil engineers Rachelfield.
 
Stephen Capper, senior surveyor at CBRE North West, commented: “The estate enjoys excellent access to the M6 motorway, is well managed, and is available on sensible terms, so it is little surprise that even with the high levels of competing units in theWarrington area, we have managed to secure an excellent tenant.”

MOBILE software developer Mobica, has takena 10 year lease on 5,200 sq ft of office space at Orbit Developments’ to Crown House in Wilmslow.

Rhys Owen, leasing surveyor at Orbit said: “This recent letting reinforces the continued strength and demand in the Wilmslow market, which benefits from excellent transport connectivity accompanied with a wealth of local amenities and a range of good quality office space.”
