Marketing firm heads for Manchester

CAROCO Internet Marketing has opened a new office in Manchester.

The Solihull-based digital consultancy said that the office, which will be based at Peter House on Oxford St, will be used to develop in-house expertise in fields such as search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click.

Nigel Copley, director of Caroco Internet Marketing, said: “We’re excited to be expanding Caroco to the vibrant and creative centre of Manchester; it’s a great time for our firm and an even better time for the world of online marketing.”

The company received support for its move from inward investment agency MIDAS. Its chief executive Tim Newns said: “I’m delighted that Caroco has chosen to invest in the city, as it shows real recognition of Manchester’s world-class IT and digital sector.

“They will be supported by an infrastructure that includes superfast broadband of 100mbps – Manchester being the only UK city to offer such connectivity – and a sustainable and vast pool of talent.”
