Appointments: Forbes promotes two to partner; Aldermore& RJW

NORTH West law firm Forbes Solicitors has promoted two new partners.
Adam Bromley has been promoted in the commercial property department and Ridwaan Omar in the insurance team.

Based in Blackburn, where it has three offices, Forbes also has bases in Accrington (2), Preston, Chorley, Leeds and Manchester.

ALDERMORE Bank has appointed Andrew Johnson as regional sales manager in its North West invoice finance business.
Based in Manchester, Mr Johnson spent 15 years in retail banking with HSBC, he then moved to the invoice finance market where he has worked for Close Invoice Finance, Positive Cashflow Finance and more recently Bibby Invoice Discounting
He said: “I’m delighted to be joining Aldermore Invoice Finance, which has a strong reputation here in the North West. It’s great to be part of such a dynamic team in an area that I know so well.”

LAW firm RJW has made three new hires in its Manchester-based family law arm.
The three, Edward Kitchen from Pannone, Kaleel Anwar from Middletons Solicitors of Liverpool and Helen Maguire from Dickson Haslam, are specialists in the fields of divorce/dissolution proceedings and related financial settlements.
