LAW firm Cobbetts LLP has recruited real estate lawyer Lynn James as a partner in its Manchester office. She joins from Trowers and Hamly, where she headed its property litigation and dispute resolution team in Manchester.
James said: “It is a very exciting time to be rejoining Cobbetts. Their property litigation team is one of the largest in the country and has been ranked as the best in the North West for a number years.”
Cobbetts partner Alan Walker added: “Lynn’s addition to the team will enable us to offer a complete property litigation service to both private and public sector clients, and allow us to capitalise on our already strong reputation in the marketplace, expanding into a rapidly growing area in which few other firms can offer this level of expertise.”
