Marsh sets up in Liverpool

INSURANCE broker Marsh has set up a new operation in Liverpool.

Marsh is based in the same office as sister company Mercer at Mercury Court in Tithebarn Street. Both firms are subsidiaries of Marsh & McLennan Companies.

Senior Marsh executive Phil Angus has been appointed as the new office’s business leader.

Max Steinberg, chief executive of Liverpool Vision, said: “Marsh’s move to Liverpool is further confirmation of the city’s strength in professional services and we welcome their commitment to the city and their plans for growth.
