Property round-up: Prospect completes Hunts Cross letting; and more

LIVERPOOL-based Prospect GB has completed a new letting at its £6m Meridian Business Village in Hunts Cross.
The firm has let 1,300 sq ft of Grade A space to architectural practice Bain Wright Partnership, which has become the eighth business to move onto the site since the new year.
Bain Wright has relocated from Liverpool city centre.
Director Alastair Bain said: “We had been seeking larger, higher-quality office accommodation and nothing of the same price range in the Liverpool centre compares to Meridian Business Village in terms of size and specification.
“Meridian Business Village provides fast, convenient links to the city centre so no advantage has been lost by moving further out.”
He added that the easier access to main motorway networks also helped it to service other regional locations – such as Peel’s MediacityUK scheme in Salford where it has provided planning consultancy.
