Bell Pottinger North reborn as Good Relations

PR firm Bell Pottinger North – which has offices in Macclesfield, Leeds and Cardiff – has been renamed Good Relations North.

The move follows the disposal of some of the Bell Pottinger businesses from Chime’s Public Relations division.

Good Relations North is remaining with listed Chime Communications. It forms part of The Good Relations Group which is still one of the top 10 in the UK public relations industry.

With more than 100 staff, Good Relations North’s clients include Co-operative Energy, The Duchy of Lancaster, chemicals logistics group Suttons, Waitrose and Lancashire brewer Daniel Thwaites plc.

Chris Warham, Good Relations North Managing Director, said: It’s very much business as usual as far as our clients are concerned. The same talented and experienced account handlers will be delivering the same high standard of client service.

“The new group does, however, offer up some very exciting opportunities for growth and a depth and breadth of services and skills that I believe will be of huge benefit to our clients as we move forward.

“I look forward to charting the ship under the new name of Good Relations North supported by our highly successful specialist brands, inEvidence and Insight, into exciting new territories in the future.”
