GB confident of bright future
CHESTER company GB Group is confident of further growth this year, chairman David Rasche told investors.
In a statement ahead of the AIM firm’s annual meeting, Mr Rasche said GB had enjoyed a good first quarter, with “strong year on year growth” and is continuing to perform well in all parts of the business.
He said the DataAuthentication division, which provides electronic ID verification, was continuing to win new clients amid increasing demand for its services.
The DataSolutions division, which comprises ID Customer Registration; ID Tracing; and ID Marketing Services, is he said “well positioned to address the opportunities in its markets.”
Mr Rasche said the threee businesses acquired last year had now been integrated into the group are are trading in line with expectations.
He added: “The board remains confident that GB Group will perform strongly this year and will continue to develop strategically, providing continued value to both our shareholders and clients.”
