Agent Marketing joins Baltic Creative

AGENT Marketing has taken a 3,541 sq ft unit in Baltic Creative’s Catalyst Phase development on Jordan Street, Liverpool.

The move sees the Liverpool agency take one of Baltic Creative’s largest available workspaces on a five year lease, within the newly named Creative Campus.

The company said its new workspace signifies a huge investment into the business, allowing Agent to achieve its growth projections over the tenancy period, expanding the strategy, creative and communications divisions of the firm.

Paul Corcoran, managing director of Agent Marketing, said: “We wanted to give our clients a real ‘wow factor’ as soon as they walked through the door, and you certainly get that – in fact we have an industrial shutter as one of our entrances! We’ve worked alongside the Baltic Creative team and local architects, FVMA, very closely and have been able to shape the new Agent HQ every step of the way.”

Baltic Creative is located within Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle and is home to creative businesses such as Liverpool Sound City, Liverpool Biennial and Sparkle VFX.
