Drivers Jonas Deloitte wins fourth term on Home Office framework

DRIVERS Jonas Deloitte in Manchester has been appointed onto the new Home Office Estates Professional Services Framework.  

The Home Office continues to promote its centralised services division and this national framework will be utilised by Home Office sponsored bodies who occupy and manage large property portfolios including various directorates, inspectorates, agencies and non departmental public bodies.
 
The Home Office, which has been a Drivers Jonas Deloitte clients for more than 15 years, administered the EU restricted tendering process in late last year and it confirmed Drivers Jonas Deloitte as one of four consultants on the new framework.

The firm has been the Home Office’s key advisor for its estate consolidation programme and delivered major consolidation programmes in Sheffield, Liverpool and currently in Croydon. These consolidation programmes have relocated over 6,000 staff into both new and refurbished office accommodation.
