WEALTH management firm TWP Wealth has signed a 10-year lease on office space at 69 London Road in Alderley Edge.
The firm, which will move its 13 staff to the 1,900 sq ft space from its current base in Handforth, was advised on the deal by North West law firm SAS Daniels.
TWP said the lease marks the start of a period of expansion as it prepares to take on more staff.
Director David Otway said: “Over the last six years TWP has experienced steady growth and 2012 has been no exception. Client demand for services continues to increase, so it’s fantastic to be able to continue that trend by expanding our operation in Cheshire.”
TWP, founded in 2006, manages the portfolios of some 300 investors, was started in 2006 when directors Martin Hill and David Otway merged their respective businesses to form The Wilmslow Partnership.
