Allied International Credit moves HQ to Manchester

DEBT collection firm Allied International Credit (AIC) is moving its UK headquarters from Basingstoke to its office in south Manchester.

The firm has had a base at The Towers business park in Didsbury since 2009 which has grown rapidly from 15 staff to 129.

Sales at the unit have grown 20% from £6.7m to £8.4m.

Managing director Martin Roseweir said: “Our Towers office has become a flagship for the growth of our business in the UK. It offers a great place to come to work and has allowed AIC to provide an excellent environment for our staff.

“We are proud of our achievements over the past three years and our UK HQ will showcase this and welcome clients who are regularly invited to visit.”

AIC has signed a 10-year lease with landlords Property Alliance Group (PAG) and Moorfield Group who acquired the site through a joint venture last year.

PAG director Dominic Pozzoni said: “We are delighted that we have been able to work with AIC to accommodate its rapid growth and success as well as the additional services moving from Basingstoke. Towers is home to a strong business community with a collective of high profile tenants, that naturally complement AIC locating its flagship office here.”

AIC has offices in Canada, the USA and UK and provides debt collection services to financial institutions, government, telecommunications, utilities, retail and health care sectors.
