Wealth manager Equilibrium passes £200m milestone

CHESHIRE wealth manager Equilibrium Asset Management has passed a major milestone and added a second regional office.
The independent Wilmslow firm has grown assets under managment over the last year bt £40m to £225m.
To better serve its 400 clients and to woo more, it has opened an office in nearby Knutsford.
Managing partner, Colin Lawson said: “Now that we’ve reached our target we’re not stopping – we’re continuing our growth strategy by setting the figure of £50m for next year’s asset gain goal.
“We’re also on the lookout for IFAs who would like to be part of Equilibrium’s success.”
Equilibrium has also launched a bespoke financial planning service for investors who are currently working and building up their future nest egg.
