Dragons double up for parking venture
A BOLTON entrepreneur who has come up with an online market place for parking spaces, secured an investment of £60,000 in the latest episode of the BBC’s Dragons’ Den.
Theo Paphitis and Peter Jones agreed to back Harrison Woods’ idea in exchange for a 40% stake in the business, Primal Parking.
The 22-year-old is in his third year at Manchester University where he is studying geography.
“Whilst the experience in the Den was an extremely challenging one, I just knew that if I got the chance to present to the Dragons, I could impress them.”
Mr Woods has received employment and corporate law advise from Brabners Chaffe Street.
He added: “The support I have had from the lawyers at Brabners Chaffe Street has been first class and I look forward to working with them as the business grows.”
