Revenues up 20% at Weber Shandwick North

THE Manchester office of global PR agency, Weber Shandwick, saw revenues grow by 20% to £2m last year.
It said work from the like sof PZ Cussons, Warburtons, Aldi and Qhotels had contributed to the performance.
Staff numbers grew by a nearly a third during the period, up seven to 29. This includes associate director Caroline Spence and account directors Nualla O’Neil and Neil Drake.
Weber said highlights included the growth of digital work for Aldi and the launch of PZ Cussons’ Mum & Me TV campaign.
Managing director Jo Leah said: “We have had some good years since I first sold my business to Weber Shandwick 15 years ago, but this year the best just got better.
“By growing the team and the office in the way we have, we are not only ensuring we continue to deliver the excellent results for existing clients but we are laying the grounds for further growth in 2013.”
