Property briefs: GVA, Fletcher Rae and Assura

PROPERTY agent GVA has relocated its Manchester office to PRUPIM’s Norfolk House on Norfolk Street in the city.

The firm has signed a 10-year lease on 15,750 sq ft and will officially relocate its 150 staff in the Spring.

GVA said the decision was driven by its commitment to provide employees with an “exciting, efficient working space and give clients a welcoming and comfortable environment to conduct business”.

The company is currently spread across four floors at 81 Fountain Street, its home for the last 15 years.

Regional senior director Mark Rawstron said: “There were a number of options available to us within the city and after careful consideration we decided that Norfolk House met both our specific occupational requirements and our desire to remain within the cities prime commercial core.

“Having all staff on the same floor will allow us to be more flexible and creative in the way we use the space and we have some exciting plans to create a separate reception and meeting room suite of the highest quality and design for our new Manchester home.”

Savills represented PRUPIM.
