ServicePower agrees £450,000 deal

SERVICEPOWER Technologies, which provides software services to the field management management sector, has struck a £450,000 deal with a specialist insurance underwriter.

US-based Assurant Solutions already had an agreement to use and resell ServicePower software, but it has negotiated a new three-year deal.

Under the agreement, Assurant has entered into a revenue share contract for Stockport-based ServicePower’s new field management software.

Chief executive Mark Duffin said: “We are delighted that Assurant Solutions has chosen to expand its relationship with ServicePower to also incorporate our newly launched ServiceMarket product.

“As Assurant Solutions and its customers embark on market leading service delivery models, and endeavor to control related costs, ServiceMarket is an obvious addition to their field management platform.”
