Secure Archive Solutions expands with peer-to-peer funding

MANCHESTER–based archiving and shredding business Secure Archive Solutions has used peer-to-peer funding to raise the required capital to increase storage capability by 50%.
A loan from peer-to-peer funding website FundingKnight, raised by local investors, has provided the firm with the investment it needed to not only increase storage but also to improving efficiency through new IT infrastructure and add a scanning service to its customers.
Mick Collins, founder of Secure Archive Solutions, said: “It’s great that small businesses like us can find new ways to get the funding we need.
“We’ve got big plans for the future and know we can grow profitably with the right business finance in place. FundingKnight provides a fast, flexible service. Our loan was live on its website within a week and within just a day it was nearly 40% funded. I’m confident now my business can grow over future years.”
FundingKnight works on the principle of everyday savers investing directly in British businesses; investors sign up for free and can invest anything from £25 upwards in the businesses of their choice.
