Forrest picks up £4m maintenance brief

PRESTON-based Forrest has picked up a £4m maintenance contract with Equity Housing Group in Stockport.

During the four-year agreement Forrest will work on Equity’s portfolio of 4,500 properties across Greater Manchester, Macclesfield, Cheshire East and West, Merseyside, Derbyshire Dales, Yorkshire and Shropshire.

Equity’s chief executive David Fisher said: “We want to provide our customers with a reliable, high quality repairs service which is easy to access, provides value for money and gets it right first time.
