The £7m contract, to build a new Hilton Double Tree Hotel on Lincoln’s Brayford Wharf North development was successfully negotiated with Lincolnshire based developer Manorcrest Homes.

The project s Manocrest’s first hotel development and includes the construction and fit out of a 115 bedroom hotel with gymnasium, café and a feature glass lift providing access to a rooftop restaurant with views of Lincoln Cathedral.

Based in Hazel Grove, Stockport, Multibuild expects to be on site in Lincoln for just over a year.

“We’re delighted with the user-friendly service Multibuild has provided. Their input at the pre-construction stage, along with the financial stability they benefit from by being part of the Balfour Beatty group has proved invaluable in helping us get this landmark project to site.”
