Hat-trick of wins adds £2m to Preferred Spaces

OFFICE fit-out and refurbishment specialist Preferred Spaces is celebrating a hat-trick of recent project wins, jointly worth more than £2m.

The largest is a 35,000 sq ft project in Preston for landlord Spectrum Investments and tenant NCO Europe at New City House. The scheme is worth is £1.1m and will be delivered over a 12 week contract programme.

The Sale-based company has also landed a 12,500 sq ft design and build scheme for 53N and Orega at 76 King Street, Manchester, which is being upgraded to office space with a “boutique hotel feel”.

The final win is a 10,000 sq ft CATB scheme at Lingley Mere, Warrington for listed water company United Utilities.
 
Managing director Jeremey Plastow said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have secured these three prestigious projects for these clients.

“Our turnover for 2013 is on target to increase by 65% from last year with aligned substantial profits.

“These wins are testament to the quality of our projects delivery, our people and the loyalty of our clients throughout our 17 year history.”
