Hampson Hughes takes 34,500 sq ft at Albert Dock

PERSONAL injury law firm Hampson Hughes has taken 34,500 sq ft at the Albert Dock’s Edward Pavillion building in Liverpool.

The firm is moving all 270 staff from the firm’s existing office at the Cotton Exchange in Old Hall Street to the top two floors of the building.

It said the move was part of the company’s on-going expansion and represented its commitment to the city.

Managing director John Hughes said: “The Edward Pavilion is an iconic building with stunning views across the Albert Dock and Mersey waterfront. We chose it because it can accommodate our ambitious growth plans but also because it is steeped in history and we hope it will be our home for many years to come.”

Joint managing director Paul Hampson said: “We’ve come a long way over the past four years from a two man office in Woolton Village to a 270 strong team in the heart of the city centre. We hope this latest move illustrates our commitment to growing the business and that our stunning new offices will help us to attract the brightest and best people to our firm.”

The firm will move to the Arrowcroft-owned building next month.
