ADP takes 21,500 sq ft at Orbit park

TAX and payroll outsourcing firm Automatic Data Processing Limited (ADP) has taken 21,500 sq ft at Orbit Developments’ Southgate Business Park in Cheadle.

The firm is relocating from an 8,100 sq ft office at No.1 Peters Square in Stockport to Southgate One.

It is expected to move into the premises this month after substantial refurbishment works to the exterior and internal areas have been completed.

Philip White, facilities manager at ADP, said: “We have worked with Orbit Developments for 15 years and they have been extremely supportive in facilitating this transition, we look forward to our continued relationship in the future.”

Paul McLeman, leasing director at Orbit, said: “We are delighted to announce that ADP have chosen to take Southgate One as it is testament to the high quality, flexible and tailored office solutions that Orbit Development can offer. We have worked with them for the last 15 years and seen them grow considerably within the Stockport area, we were very happy to be able to provide them with a property solution which met their requirements and allowed them to remain in the area helping to enhance the Stockport economy.”
