Forsyth signs two new tenants

SERVICED office provider Forsyth Business Centres has signed another two tenants at its Manchester complex – Forsyth@The Triangle.
The new signings take the occupancy level to almost 60 per cent.
Recruitment specialists Globaleye and corporate finance experts Ford Campbell have both taken space in the 31,000 sq ft building which is the only serviced office complex in the city’s Northern Quarter.
Forsyth specialises in providing small to medium sized businesses (SMEs) with fully furnished, modern office space on flexible contract terms.
It operates the Triangle on a management contract on behalf of landlord, Aviva.
Both Aviva and Forsyth have provided significant investment at the Triangle to create a state-of-the-art environment.
David Harrop, finance director at Forsyth, said: “We are delighted to welcome both our new clients to the Triangle, where I believe our success is down to a combination of first-class facilities, customer service and location.
“The high level of enquiries we are seeing coupled with almost two-thirds of the available office space being let shows there is a level of business confidence returning in Manchester along with a clear demand for offices on flexible terms amongst SMEs, who for various reasons are not in a position to take on more traditional long-term leases.”
In addition to office space, businesses can also take advantage of full administrative and infrastructure backup including telephone answering, meeting rooms and secretarial services, as well as virtual offices.
Forsyth, which operates 23 centres nationwide and two in China, is owned by Scarborough Group International.
