Pannone advises Tradebe on JV with SITA UK

THE corporate finance team at Manchester law firm Pannone has advised Deeside-based Tradebe on a deal to form a joint venture clinical waste business with SITA UK.
The new company, called Tradebe Healthcare Holdings, will provide clinical waste management services to the NHS and other healthcare providers from nine sites across England and Wales.
Pannone’s team, led by Mark Winthorpe and head of corporate finance Philip Treanor, advised the Tradebe Group who have been on an extensive acquisition trail over a number of years.
Mr Winthorpe said: “The businesses are a great strategic fit to give a truly national clinical waste operation in what is a consolidating market”.
The Pannone team included corporate solicitor Katie Simpson and IP/IT associate, Victoria Dolan.
