First Gulf banks on Man City

MANCHESTER City FC has enhanced its Middle East links with a commercial deal with First Gulf Bank.

The link-up will see the the UAE-based bank become the club’s official affinity credit card bank partner.

First Gulf will launch the first English football club credit card in the UAE as part of the three-year agreement.

Other City sponsors with strong Abu Dhabi links include airline Etihad, etisalat and aabar. The club is owned by Sheikh Mansour, a member of the Abu Dhabi royal family.
