Hurstwood presses ahead with Eden Foden

PROPERTY group Hurstwood is starting the third and final phase of the refurbishment of the 40,000 sq ft Eden Foden Business Centre.
It has already let over 8,000 sq ft of space at the centre in Sandbach, in Cheshire, this year.
The next phase will create a further 5,000 sq ft of space and will offer businesses four office suites between 500 sq ft and 2,500 sq ft.
Hurstwood sales director, Mark Carling, said: “Given the growing evidence of recovery in the lettings market we’re confident the new phase will be fully occupied given the level of interest so far.
“We would therefore encourage anyone interested in the suites to get in contact sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
“The success of the development so far is testament to the great business space on offer and we look forward to welcoming more businesses to the site.”
The business centre offers 40,000 sq ft of office space, auditorium and conference facilities, secure gated environment and CCTV protection.
Chemicals distributor Brenntag and industrial automation firm Rockwell Automation moved to the site earlier this year.
Edwin Foden Business Centre – which was previously the headquarters for Foden Trucks – was bought by Hurstwood three years ago.
Based at Navigation Business Park, in Bolton, Hurstwood has commercial property interests in the North West, Midlands and Wales with approximately 500 occupier clients at over 100 locations.
